The Flemington Car Shows are happening this summer and Farmers of Flemington is pleased to be a Season Trophy Sponsor of these fun events.

FLEMINGTON, NJ – The Clinton Sunrise Rotary will be hosting their annual Cardboard Boat race on Saturday July 9^th followed by the 32^nd annual Rubber Ducky Race on July 10^th.   Proceeds from these two fun, family-friendly events will benefit the American Cancer Society and Crossroads4Hope.

 

“The Rotary does a great job putting on these unique and entertaining events, plus it’s all for a great cause so we are happy to be a sponsor again this year,” said Scott St. Angel, President & CEO of Farmers.  “These races are a nice opportunity for people to spend the day enjoying all the town of Clinton has to offer while helping in the fight against cancer.”

FLEMINGTON, NJ – The Clinton Elks Lodge will be holding their 18^th Annual music festival on Saturday, June 11, 2022 to raise money for special needs children and Elks’ Camp Moore “Miracle on the Mountain,” a camp paid for by the NJ Elks Lodges. Farmers Insurance Company of Flemington is pleased to sponsor this fun benefit event.

 

Camp Moore gives the children a sense of independence; all children get a one-on-one counselor for the week, who has special training in their disabilities. The counselors come from all over the world and spend their summers at the camp. The kids can enjoy the arts & crafts room, nature and game rooms, outdoor pool, picnics and many more activities.

 

“Music Fest is a terrific event.  You get to enjoy an afternoon of great music, food, and drink while helping special needs kids,” said Scott St. Angel, President of Farmers.  “It’s a combination that’s hard to beat, so gather your friends and family and come on out to support the Elks.“

New, unwrapped toys may be dropped off at the Farmers of Flemington building located at 23 Royal Road in Flemington between 8:00am and 4:00pm M-F.  Cash donations will also be accepted in lieu of toys.

“Toys for Tots is a wonderful tradition, and it feels great to know we’re helping children have a special holiday” said Scott St. Angel, President of Farmers.  “With all the supply chain problems happening right now in the aftermath of COVID-19, the need is greater than ever so please shop early and stop by to drop off a toy.  It’s an opportunity to make a child’s Christmas a special one.”

FLEMINGTON, N.J. – Farmers Insurance Company of Flemington has contributed $5,000 to the Hunterdon Healthcare Foundation’s COVID-19 relief fund.  The money is intended to purchase supplies such as video baby monitors to help the medical staff monitor COVID patients while conserving their limited Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

 

“Right now our doctors, nurses and hospital staff are working hard and putting themselves at risk 24/7 to battle the Coronavirus,” said Farmers President & CEO, Scott St. Angel. “As part of the Hunterdon community, we truly appreciate their efforts and we wanted to do something to help.”
