At Farmers of Flemington we value our relationship with our Policyholders.  We understand that a loss can be traumatic and we are dedicated to treating our Policyholders fairly and with the utmost respect in the event of a claim.

By adjusting claims quickly and fairly, we are fulfilling the Insurance Promise — to make our Policyholders whole when they sustain a covered loss and to protect their assets when there is a covered claim made against them.

Report a Claim

Starting the claims process is easy.  The best and quickest way to report your claim is online via our simple reporting form.  

If you prefer, you may also report your claim to us by phone or you may report it to your Independent Agent, who will submit it to us on your behalf.  Most claims should be reported during normal business hours.  However, if you sustained a serious loss such as a fire, a major plumbing leak or severe structural damage and you need help with relocation or restoration services, you may contact our after-hours emergency hot-line at (866) 631-9153.

Simply give your Agent the information and they will get the ball rolling for you.

If you need emergency repair or restoration services, but don’t know who to call, you can click here to locate a licensed provider near you.  These are all companies that have previously handled claims for our Policyholders where we have received positive feedback, but you are not limited to these providers.  You may hire any licensed contractor you wish.  Please be sure to let the restoration service know you are a Farmers of Flemington Policyholder and provide them with your Policy Number, which is located at the top of your Declarations Page.

We recommend using caution when hiring a restoration contractor.  Unfortunately, there are some unscrupulous companies that prey upon loss victims by charging far above the going rate for restoration services leaving you responsible for any amount beyond what is reasonable and customary.   Be sure to get pricing in advance and read any paperwork carefully before signing it.
